Using Serienmail with an Alternative Sender Address

The licensing of Mail Merge is tied to the default email address in Outlook, but not the sending of mail merges. With Mail Merge, you can send emails from any sender address, provided you have the necessary permissions.

To send emails with an alternative sender address, follow these steps:

1. Check whether the From field is visible in the e-mail recipients area. If not, open the Options tab and click the From button.

2. Click on From. A drop-down field will open. If you have never sent an e-mail with a different sender address, click on Other Email Address. Enter the sender address in the field that appears. If you have already sent an e-mail with a different sender address, simply select it.

The serial e-mails will now be sent with the selected sender address.
